Mark’s name was given to me by another attorney after a death on a farm around my son. Mark did nothing but take my money and lie for the cops. He also stole money by charging my cc more than what he told me I owed and gave a receipt. I went home and he charged $500 more than what the receipts stated. When calling his office about this he did nothing. He is a typical criminal lawyer than lies for cities and businesses and doesn’t have his client best interest in mind. Only his own.

Mark has a record for assaulting a female client, (CJ-2012-4755) had a protective order against him for 6 years (PO-2011-3584) The State stripped him of his license to practice law for 2 years. read the case here. https://law.justia.com/cases/oklahoma... Read his texts in the appendix, truly pathetic and embarrassing for someone who is supposed to be an attorney.
Do your research, I wish I had. After I fired Mark it took my new attorney years to fix what Mark had done as my attorney. I ultimately won but wasted way to much money on Mark's services. Nice story to read about this 5 Star attorney. His friends must have filled out the reviews for him. because his reputation proceeds him n the Tulsa court house.

He was a mediator on my case and I truly felt he was one sided. NOTHING got accomplished except for another check I had to write.

I am concerned that this attorney is at it again. It is said his current wife left him in July because she had communications to prove he was physically involved with a female DHS attorney named Emma Arnett and a female client of his. What do we do with Attorney's like this that can't seem to control themselves. My concern is his ethics. If he can't have the self discipline to respect his marriage vows does he respects the oath that he took an oath to uphold? Very concerned and disappointed about what I recently learned of this Attorney.

Should never be trying a criminal case. Lied during hearing. Misrepresented his own client. Lied about number of times he consulted with client. Incompetent and a bully.

He has been an outstanding lawyer in my family case that's high conflict. Communicates well and promptly, very down to earth but also knows the law very well. I recommend Mark as an attorney to anyone needing one. I too disagree with the bad reviews its hard to believe we are talking about the same guy. I have had several lawyers for my case through out the years and Mark is one of the best I have had the pleasure of working with.

Besides having in 2011 been suspended from practicing law for having an affair with a married client he was representing and he was married as well, Mark Zannotti is a liar, a thief and lowest scum in the judicial system. He will get burned from all of his underhanded and illegal activities he uses to win cases. Karma comes around. The truth will expose you.

Except for the first day that I hired him, Mark Zanotti was the absolute worst attorney I've ever come across. He was lax in his work ethic, and very unfocused in regards to the details of our case.I could go on and on, but to sum it up in a nutshell, the judge in our case had to cross my son's legal name off the adoption petition and hand write it in because Mark and his assistant Cathy had it typed in wrong. It was an inexcusable mistake. It was just one of many.

VERY good at BILLING! NOT good at representing someone! Should have just let my ex write out the divorce herself, she got everything she asked for, as if I had no representation at all. Was too busy covering his own butt for his domestic abuse charges and suspension than he was covering my case. Was NOT honest about what was going on with him, I think he was spending more time on that than anything, and billing me at the same time! Case left hanging and I had to hire another attorney when he finally was suspended!!! I am out of state, and He NEVER had the courtesy to let me know what was going on, I was getting emails from people I knew in Tulsa telling me it was all over the news and paper out there!

If this lawyer were the last lawyer on earth I would rather represent myself! I hired Zanotti to represent me in my divorce and lost almost everything to my ex-wife. He has a way of making you think he has matters under control while he slowly but surely undermines your case. He, in my opinion, is the reason lawyers have such a bad reputation. I advise you to give careful consideration to this mans lack of legal skills and poor ethics before hiring him.

Has been wonderful. Had been getting the run around by another attorney and Mark stepped in and got things done for me. I disagree with previous poor ratings, he is very personable and made me feel like he really cared for the outcome of my situation and my son. I would recommend him to anyone!

Mark has represented us in a Grandparent custody issue since 2002. He has always told us the truth and always was prepared to keep us in the know on what to expect. If you are a grandparent raising grandchildren or in any other matter Mark would be a wise choice.

Mark has represented my family on several issues and has always been courteous and knowledgeable about all issues. He explains things in common language and allows you to make an informed decision. His staff is always very helpful and gets back to me right away. I think the negatives above are people who probably didn't listen or were less than intelligent. He was a bulldog on my son's divorce and helped him resolve what could have been a drug out affair.

Sloppy work, doesn't explain things well and told us something was done and it wasn't and oh, he needed more money first. Seems to have to many cases, not very personable, and his secretary is rude!

I totally disagree with the prior reviews. As A single mother who suffered at the hands of an abusive father to my child,this was the perfect lawyer. Even after I had my ex thrown in jail for choking me and almost killing me in front of my child and kicked him out, he still contiued to try to bully me. Mr. Zanotti handle my case brilliantly, and my ex no longer berates or belittles me. I rate him very highly.

Seems to be very professional upfront, When it comes time to go to court he lied to me about what things meant so I would sign rights away to my ex. Ex got primary custody after admiting to excessive drug use, a DHS investigation was underway which he didn't persue in any way to benefit me. She was living with a convicted felon for manufactuing meth amphetimines and he said that didn't matter. Did my child support papers wrong making me pay 600 dollars a month even though I had my son half the time. He is either extrememly stupid, or he owed a favor to my ex's attorney or was payed off by her family. It seemed he was representing her, not me. Wouldn't return my phone calls, or send me documents of court proceedings. At mediation he said certain issues were put down which never were, such as sons last name being changed and who gets to claim him on taxes. Be extremely cautious, I had a family member that had dealings as well with him and had a similar outcome. Be careful!
