After pleading out to my charges with a court appointed attorney, I was detained by immigration. I was looking at deportation after being here 50 years. I have never met a lawyer who is a more perfect representative of the legal profession. Ted represented our son following a very horrendous accusation and won the case for us. Ted Barone is an excellent criminal defense lawyer. When I was served a Harrassment Prevention Order based on a false affidavit by a plaintiff, Ted devised a strategy to prove the plaintiff had motive to lie, the opportunity to lie, and the will to lie, and that none of the accusations occurred. He worked diligently with the police department and courts to obtain all records or lack thereof regarding the plaintiff. As a witness against the plaintiff’s daughter for attempted murder and felony assault of the plaintiff for a soon to occur trial, Ted identified the triggering event was not only the pending trial, but my recent reporting the daughters’ presence on the residential complex to the management office.
I highly recommend Ted Barone. He ensures you are updated and aligned with the plans for your defense.

I would highly suggest using Ted as a lawyer to any of my friends and family who are in the need for a criminal lawyer. I had some very serious charges (armed robbery, etc.) and every step of the way was made much easier by having such a knowledgeable lawyer on your side. From arguing down bail (got it to half what they were asking) to getting bail terms removed (gps monitoring, house arrest) to dealing with unfair violations of bail (almost being too close to a location) to finally negotiating a deal that we are very happy with. There was great communication during the whole situation (over 2 years total). It was a good feeling to know that you have a person on your side who knows the specifics of the laws and will do everything in his power to make sure you are treated fairly during every step of the process as well as point out every possible option and make sure you know and understand exactly what is going on and what can and may happen.

I am very grateful Ted accepted me as a client considering the circumstances may not have been common practice for him. Unlike his typical case I was not the "defendant" but the "victim". Ted protected my rights and fought very hard for me through the ordeal that took over 3 years. It was a very stressful situation and Ted was always available via phone even off hours or weekends. Ted is a great attorney and we liked him very much. He took our case and is a great criminal defense attorney-however I only gave him a three for knowledge because he tried to advise us on another area of the law that he was not overly familiar with-we ended up having to hire someone else-overall a great criminal defense attorney

I gave this attorney higher marks for his knowledge, but I had to mark him down for communication. I could never get my calls returned even though this guy seems to know what he is talking about.

Ted Barone is a Fabulous attorney. He is also a top notch guy personally.He worked meticulously on my case,and treated me as if I were his only client.He was also professional and personable to my family. I used Mr. Barone's services twice in criminal matters. Mr. Barone gets things done, that other lawyers cannot. He cannot do the impossible, but he delivers on what he says. Last I would like to say he is a hell of a nice guy. He really cares for clients!
