Ms. Carly Hart was recommended to me by a friend who said she was an exceptionally great lawyer. So, I had her represent me for a traffic case where she reduced my 4 point moving violation of speeding to a 0 point non-moving violation. It did not get reported to the DMV. All I had to do was pay the fine to court which I was happy with since I got to keep my driving record clean and it didn't affect my insurance. She is very professional, incredibly knowledgeable on the law, and very responsive. She is super nice too, and has made this whole process feel a lot easier for me, and she really is as great as everyone says she is! Ms. Hart definitely cares for her clients and I highly recommend her and her law firm!!

Carly was extremely nice, smart, and fairly priced for her services. She did not try to scare me about my charge, only helped ease my anxiety by assuring me of the next steps and expected positive outcome. Her firm was easy to deal with(payment, etc), and they gave me a list of items I needed to complete before the case (getting driving record, safe driving class, etc). She represented me in court, and had the case continued once to help achieve a better outcome. Eventually my charge was reduced, and I would recommend Carly to anyone!

One Amazing Defense Lawyer!
I hired Carly Jehlen to defend me in a DWI/DUI charge as the result of a sobriety checkpoint. My case was ultimately dismissed thanks to her expertise, whit, and tenacity. She kept me well informed throughout the entire process and answered all of my question (no matter how small). She is an amazing defense lawyer and I highly recommend her.

I was very hesitant to hire a lawyer. Having a clean record made me feel that I had no need to incur on additional expenses. I couldn't live with the potential consequences and the associated risks; thus, we decided to bite the bullet. Carly was very professional, responsive and trustworthy. I highly recommend Carly Jehlen! She did a remarkable job handling my speeding in a residential area (48/25). She is responsive, trustworthy, reliable, gets results, and has great communication skills. She is responsive and answers emails and calls right away. Before I contacted her firm, I called two other firms that failed to contact me. I am from Houston, TX so I needed a firm I could trust. I read reviews where other law firm didn’t show up to their client’s trials—I picked Carly so this wouldn’t happen to me. She gets phenomenal results! After learning the seriousness of my ticket, I could have received a huge fine and had a speeding ticket on my record. Carly thought she may get the ticket reduced to a lower speed, but she arranged a plea to an amended charge of Fail to Obey Highway Sign (No Sleeping on Highway), a much lower level infraction that has a zero point violation.

Ms. Jehlen is truly not your typical lawyer. Carly Anne Jehlen brings a little bit more to work with her, in that she goes that little bit further, works a little bit harder, and is not looking for the angle to the "WIIFM" (Whats In It For Me). I went to court to day facing four points on my license, a fine, a ruined career opportunity, and no lawyer. Then demonstrating my lacking prepairedness, I happen to be pointed in the direction of a little room where the prosecutor meets with those interested in pretrial discussion. I mistook Ms Jehlen for the prosecutor, but she helped anyway. Her results were beyond good.
When I inquired as to why she went out of her way to help me, she replied, "Its my job and I like helping out when I can." I have her card and now she will represent me in any of these situations, because in this world that kind of character cannot be taught or learned.

Her existing relationships with the Loudoun County prosecutor, judges, and officers is invaluable. I would never consider using another attorney at that courthouse! Going from a fear of a misdemeanor to no points on my license was more than I could have hoped for!
