After 3 years working with Mike on my divorce, judgment arrives and of course Mike is nowhere to be found. The judgment was an unbelievable disaster, with my adulterous wife awarded 70% of our marital assets, a full two million dollars. Not only was Mike unable to settle my divorce without a trial, but every item that he assured me we would be victorious and we lost. The final salt in the wound is that he hasn't even spoken to me about the judgment, sending it to me by email with no explanation. Of course as always, he does not return phone calls and is impossible to communicate with, I trusted my financial future to this man, and he was cavalier in taking that trust and throwing it in the garbage. PLEASE for your own sake I implore you to run from the attorney, going through a divorce is challenging enough, you don't need to be left financially devastated at the end of the day as well. The good news, he will be served papers near term for legal malpractice regarding my case!

The judgment was an unbelievable disaster, with my adulterous wife who moved out of the home and left myself and my 3 kids awarded 70 percent of our marital assets, a full two million dollars. Every item that Lew assured me we would be victorious on we lost. The final salt in the wound is that he hasn't even spoken to me about the judgment, cowardly sending the judgment to me by email with no explanation, not returning phone calls and off on another vacation the day of my judgement ... just a horrible experience! I trusted my financial future to this man, and he was cavalier in taking that trust and throwing it in the garbage. PLEASE for your own sake I implore you to run from this attorney! Trust that going through a divorce is challenging enough, you don't need to be left financially devastated at the end of the day as well!!!
