Never base your decision on a coupon because you will lose in the end. Poor communication and does not return calls. Did not follow through on getting the correct permits for work done on a house. Was asking for documents a day before closing. Run away. Far away.

When we purchased our home it turned out he did not do the requeset search for open permits on the home. There turned out to be several (windows,siding and roof). The water and tax bill were unpaid and it took serious badgering to get the issues straightened out!!!
