Abe really needs some help, besides the rude receptionist that he has. Furthermore Abe does not return calls regarding his clients, which is unprofessional. What are the clients paying him for if he can't even communicate. Abe is also rude to his clients even on court dates and he shows up late. The only way to even meet with him is after 4:30pm, and he has more than 20 clients that be waiting just to see him. Something needs to be done about this, and all the time that you waited just to speak with him, he doesn't tell you anything that you already know.

If youre looking for an attorney to handle something other than a traffic ticket, or actually show up at your court date, don't use this attorney. Currently, sitting at a court appearance since 08:30. Attorney Factor never shows. Called his office, to find out he is in court elsewhere, apparently forgetting about this court date however, we are told one of his other attorneys is on their way. Only because we called, did this alert his office we have been sitting for almost 4 hours outside the courtroom. Unbelievable!

Great Attorney! Abe helped me out when I was charged with **** driving. I was able to get my license back so I could still work. Abe was also willing to work with me on setting up a payment plan and I didn't have to pay a bondsman.

This man has saved my name since I was 16. Abe factor is like family to me my whole family loves him. From dwi's to felonies he has managed to restore my image. If it was not for him I would not be able to start my business, get many jobs, live up town at my appt, or amount to much in life. Having a clean record is huge and abe factor will be a grace that everyone should use. I am so grateful thank you Mr.factor I have the up most respect for you and your wonderful family. This forum only offers me 1000 words so I will be to the point. You will not hear from this office or be told about your case. I Sent office full email after consultation providing situation, story, needs and questions. It was never answered or acknowledged. You will have to go from 5 to 9 pm and wait at least 1-2 hours to be seen for a rushed meeting. He will hardly speak. The staff can not answer your questions or are vague. Be prepared to not know if he is at court or for him to be late. He was 5 hours late for a bonds desk walk through for me. Did not apologize or acknowledge it. I was charged 2500$ (for all - his words). 1 month later Decided not to fight it for financial reasons and told may be charged the same. I have already paid this office 1400.00. So I will be charged 2500$ for a bond/walkthrough,(late) 1 to 2 court dates where I did not even see him, 1 initial consultation and 1 office visit where I waited 1 1/2 hours to see him for 15 minutes. DO NOT USE

He stated he had a conflict of interest in my case after receiving payments. He had individuals working on his staff that had previously worked for a bond company that had previously revoked my bond for no reason. He did not disclose this information to me his client. Mr. Factor never came to court instead he continually Sent paralegal in his place.
