I have retained Erik Smith on several occasions, and for a few different reasons. In each case, I have received excellent strategy, appropriate personal attention, attention to detail, and professionalism. Among the values Mr. Smith brings to the courtroom is respect. It was very interesting, and gratifying, to observe the respect held for him by not only other attorneys but the magistrates as well. Where opposing counsel was heard, when Mr. Smith spoke, the Magistrate actually held eye contact and LISTENED. As occasion presents, I have referred others to Mr. Smith. Certainly, nobody WANTS to have to go to an attorney, but each person I have referred to him has been VERY happy with his service. It is not often that people have nice things to say about an attorney. Erik Smith is an exception. |

this lawyer hangs up on people when in conversation...this lawyer will not accept phone calls and has his secretary speak for him....acting as my own attorney he refuses to speak to me...this lawyer is rude and disrespectful to others unless he gets his way...this lawyer should be taken to tast on his people skills..which he has very few... |
