The worst attorney I have seen in my life. O'Malley deliver a late, unprofessional and lost case due to his lack of knowledge to divorce post judgments motions. He submitted my case 6 months later after I hire him, the courts denied everything because the statue of limitations had expired. Did not submitted the evidence I gave him and also blame the courts for loosing the CIS, when he never submitted it. He never send me any documents submitted to court. Lost 3 times a prepaid federal express envelope that I sent him to received my documents. I lost the right to appeal permanently, since I find out thru the courts, 2 months later, that I have lost and had only 45 days to appeal. He did not give me a retainer agreement, nor a fee breakdown. He ask told me a fixed fee over the phone and later ask me for money several times with no explanation or breakdown of how the money was used. |
