Kim is highly intelligent, always professional, extrememly efficient, and consistently fast. She knows th legal system like the back of her hand. Kim has represented me for almost two years now. She has helped me from the beginning of my legal separation process all the way through finalizing my divorce and beyond. Overall Kim did an outstanding job with my divorce. She always had my best interest at heart and for the most part shw FULLY explained everything. My only recommendation would be in the future make sure your client knows what alamony payment numbers to expect and payment lenth timeline before the hearing. I was very happy with the final outcome and settlement after the shock wore off. I have and will continue to recommend her to friends needing help with Divorce. |

I have to retain a lawyer for my divorce, and have spoken and met with 4 different ones. Ms. Staron was by far the most knowledgeable and was willing to work hard for exactly what I wanted. As soon as I have the money, I will retain her services. |

I am so thankful to have Kim as my lawyer. She came highly recommended to me from two other people at the Fortune 500 company that I work for. Prior to Kim, I had horrible representation from two other lawyers here in San Diego. I hired Kim and boy was there a noticeable difference immediately. She very quickly unraveled a string of shoddy work from prior counsel and was able to negotiate several agreements outside of court with an extremely contentious opposing counselor. Kim has represented me in court four times now. Each time, the outcome has been highly favorable. I believe that the reason that each outcome has been favorable is because Kim is incredibly knowledgeable regarding the law. Kim keeps up on changes to the law and when they take effect in order to utilize them if necessary. She is extremely efficient and does not make any false promises. She is the first lawyer that I have had that tries to get in and get out and get done without creating additional efforts and delays. |

Divorce is the most diffcult time for many including me. My divorce went all the way to a mandatory settlement conference. During each step, Kim told me the goals and direction. She was professional in court and impressed the judge. My outcome was better than I had hoped due to Kim's research and dilligence. I have since contacted Kim due to some some misinterpretations on my part. Kim helped me understand the legal documents and what steps to take in the future for modification when or if I needed it. Kim responded quickly to my e-mail and always helped. If you need and attorney for your divorce, I would recommend Kim. I tried to divorce without an attorney to avoid the cost. It turned into a fight. I needed representation and found Kim. Kim is high quality divorce attorney at a reasonable price. |
