I hired Mr. Banov to represent me in a wrongful termination case. He handed my case over to a clerk who failed the bar yet charged me $130.hr for the clerk's time plus $340/hr for his time. The clerk could not write a decent sentence. His draft letters were so bad I ended up edited them. I think I was paying him while teaching him how to do his job!!!! I am filing a claim with the Montgomery County Bar Association for overcharging me and the State Bar Association for the poor quality of his work. I was told I had a weak case, yet when I asked him if I should drop the case, he said "no, we can get something." Sure, pay him if I win or lose. I could have done a better job representing myself and saving about $7,000. I feel like such a fool! He is the epitome of shyster lawyer ....stay away!!!!!
