Attorney does not care about the case but the $ he is making from the case. Bad communicator. Not prepared for anything. Screams and yells a lot. Not easy to work with especially when sensitive matters when children are involved. Keep looking for someone else, or represent yourself. You will be better off. |

James Smith is the worst attorney you could ever find. Terrible person, only cares about money and the results he produces are only more trouble for all the parties involved. Worst experience ever. |

Dropped the ball on first appearance and caused a spiral of negative effects to our finances and judgments with future motions in the courtroom. Transcripts to prove his lack of preparation for our case. His communication have been horrific. His office style is through his assistant and never with him directly. They way his runs his office is horrible. We would NOT recommend Atty. Smith if you want to win your case. |

BAD lawyer. started OK, but in the trial I witnessed, He sat back and chewed on his glasses. Never objected to a child being sexually abused and given to his ABUSER FATHER! Basically talked ex parte with the opposing lawyer, making deals. Made about $50,000 in this case and mother lost child COMPLETELY-Mother is a loving, model-MOM! Jime Smith LOVES money, that's it! |
