Ms. Austin was my attorney for a Chapter 13 case. I had many questions and did not live in the same town as she so I would call, fax and email. She rarely answered me and when I WAS in contact with her, she acted rude to me and on top of that, I learned later, that she charged me twice as much as was needed!! The feeling I got was that I was infringing on HER time!
