She was a parent coordinator agreed to in our custody case in Mont County. She was biased and acted in bad faith. I had to have her removed in less than a year. She cost me many thousands of dollars only to punish me by cutting my time with my child. She really didn't have authority to do this but the law is unclear and she got away with it. TOo bad there was no recourse, because she is protected other than having her removed. I am a reasonable person and discussed this with many people and they all concurred she was out of bounds. Ultimately the judge that removed her agreed she was too. Avoid this "mediator" she is biased and capricious. She cost me time with my child and a lot of rediculous fees. |

I don't know how Sarah Ford was awarded a law degree. She has horrible ethics, lacks knowledge and has violated her scope of authority on several occasions. |

This "attorney" was assigned to us (my ex and me)as a parent coordinator. She has allowed him to verbally abuse me repeatedly, has uniformly sided with him at every turn(his atty. is from a big firm and well-connected). She has ignored my pleas for fairness in regard to the children, tried to keep my child from me for the entire summer and more! She cannot control the meetings in her office, allows my ex to scream and rant and curse,is very tentative when making decisions, decides at the last possible moment when it's too late to challenge the decision on issues such as holidays, transfer times. thsi process has been a hightmare! |

I couldn't agree more with the first comment. She doesn't stand up for her clients. She just wants to get it over with and get paid. She overcharges for her services. Furthermore, if you are a husband in a divorce case, stay away .... she's not on your side. Who knows if she does a better job for women. |
