Mr. Phillips took me as pro bono and, for his sake, I am going to assume that he gave me value for my dollar. While giving up one's time to help someone in need is a worthy attribute, what is the worth if you do not give what you could give? Maybe the person would be better off with a less qualified lawyer who gave 100%, than an outstanding lawyer who only gave 5-10%. If you have the funds, this may could be an awesome asset to your case. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere. |
