Mr Van Grack has not been fair to the Homeowner Association communities he supposedly has represented. He has favored protecting HOA board members, HOA officials and community management businesses, over the interests of the HOA residents, while the residents foot the bill! He supports the private business model of an HOA versus the quasi-governmental entity that they are. This concept promotes the privatization of HOA government and denigrates the consumer rights and openness typically found in representative government. Steer clear to save your association dollars. |
