Was highly recommended by an excellent source. However, found that communication poor, must manage communication directly and even with direct management, did not receive timely return calls. Billing not timely at all, would receive invoices for 3-4 back, even though agreed upon billing cycle as shorter- found in agreement of services you sign at the time of retaining her services. Brought this to her attention, but nothing changed. Knowledge of law good, but actual work (i.e., review of documents/agreements) poor. Lots of mistakes. Had to provide oversight on review of documents/agreement. Overall, not happy with services. Found that I was managing way to much for what I was paying, the reason for the low score on value. |
