Recommend only for minor agency or commission matters that rely solely on paper and that have less consequences. Failed to return calls; failed to notice incoming e-mails from other attorney; not adept at electronic filing. Not aggressive enough. He used to be an establishment lawyer and now represents plaintiffs. Not recommended for complex Federal matters against tenacious defendant attorneys. Makes promises he can't meet.
