My family has had two business encounters with This attorney. I would only wish the same on my worst enemy. He has no regard for what is right. If he stays within the law, I don't know how. Specifically, most recently he refused to reimburse the deposit on a leased property although the property was left in better condition than when he leased it. He charged for an extra week at the beginng of the lease and would not refund deposits at the end of the lease.Additionally he had us shampoo carpets, then said he wanted to have the carpets professionally cleaned, also. When we leased a year ago, we had to wait a week to move in because he was shampooing the carpets himself, but we had already paid the rent. I can only figure he just keeps renters' money. He is not being fair, he is keeping money which is rightfully my family's and is needed by our children who rightfully deserve it. Furthermore,I believe he is not ethical in the ways he conducts business. |
