Was very rude over the phone, insulted me making me out to be incredibly stupid because I did not know that they didn't give free consultations regarding traffic collisions if there was no injury. Then told me good luck and hung up. Compared free consultation to going to the grocery store and taking a free slice of bread because you wanted to try it out. |

Failed to supervise a junior lawyer assigned to the project, or maybe worse assigned a lawyer with no expertise in area, and final work was so bad it has been completely redone at my expense. |
