He is smart and creative - and willing to go to extra lengths other attorneys would probably never consider or think of to get justice and fair compensation for his clients. Very good at communicating with clients -- returns calls! Compassionate - he really cares. Also a real expert in insurance. I can't imagine another attorney could have gotten the results he did.
