Basically stole my money and then sent me to another law firm. Said my retainer had.been used up in research. The lawyer she sent me to was an honest man and told me my case was super simple and that his entire fee for representation and expungement of record would be LESS that the retainer she used up for research. When I complained, she was rude and mean. Found out too late that she's known as money grabbing Riva. No better than a swindler |

Her Law office was retained to recover a debt $5,700.00
and in two years misusing privileged information on her client
she got default judgment in amt of $5,100.00, because her client was in a medical
leave, after $5,100.00 she got up front as the few retainers.
Later on it becomes a common knowledge, that she has a history of overcharging her clients, especially those who is in a hospital and/or in a medical leave. However, the Judges take it as a proper and ethical lawyer's conduct. She is a disgrace to her profession. |
