This man did in now way try to defend my mother. He rarely lets his clients or the witnesses to talk. He's best known for telling clients to plead guilty so he can get his $100.00. He is known to be a good friend with Judge Tommy Martin of Newton County, Arkansas and the prosceuting attorney so don't be surprised if he doesn't try his best. He wants that $100.00 really bad so choose wisely. Between picking a barnyard animal or him for defense, choose the barnyard animal. As for rating all of those choices above a 1 or bad, they're true. His knowledge is pathetic. His communication skills basically are plead guilty. His tenacity is bad. His work quality is pathetic. Look at all the cases he's lost and that will give you an idea. His value to his clients is 0. You would be better off represting yourself. Don't make the same mistake we did, DO NOT use him as a public defender or as a lawyer in general. |
