after being paid for representation, Patrick Devine failed to provide a defense. He worked more for the opposing party by not filing the needed paper work,coming forth with evidence, not showing up for court or advising his client of upcoming court dates, falsely accounting for work done. whats the different between the word crook and lawyer, one hold your life in his hand, just say no |

I went up against this lawyer, representing myself. He was the defendants lawyer. Not only did I win the case, I had to explain numerous laws to him. what a joke |

DO NOT RETAIN THIS LAWYER!! He is a scam artist and a thief. He will take your money up front and not perform his duties that you've already paid him for. I paid him $2000 for an uncontested divorce that should have taken 12 months to complete. After 17 months, and numerous phone calls and emails to Mr. Devine with no return communication, he decided to withdraw his appearance in my case causing me to hire another attorney to finish the job in which he was already paid. I would not advise anybody to retain him as their attorney. I only wish I would have known. |
