I hired Marty based on a recommendation of a family friend. He and his paralegal Steven, worked very hard and dilliegently on my case and got everything worked out for me. He stuck with the price he told me that he thought would finish my case, did everything he told he could and would do. I would strongly recommend Marty for any legal attorney needed. The ladies that work in his office were very nice and cordial as well. Thank you Marty and Steven! |

This arrogant person charges $1,500 up front, tells you nothing that will affect your life or case until he gets his check (even though a later hourly breakdown—ask for it—reveals that he charged you for time during which he offered you nothing. Try to sever ties with him within two weeks, as I did, and he will happily concede to your new attorney that he's done no work on your behalf, but out of the goodness of his heart may decide to return $750 of the $1,500 to you. He's not meeting you halfway, or even making a gesture of good faith—Despite his having done no work on your behalf, he knows that the Georgia Bar does not hear disputes over amounts from $750 or below. Even my own, decent attorney here called his actions 'slimy," and he speaks ill of no one. Also be aware that though Fierman may take cases in Eatonton and surrounding towns, his new office is in Madison. Avoid this bitter little manipulator like sin. His main goal is to prove his superiority to you, not working for you. |
