Do not hire this "lawyer". He is rude to his clients and rarely wins a case. He rushed me through an initial consultation while wearing shorts and a tshirt to get to his tee time. He does not return calls and when he does, has no clue as to what is going on in the case and puts you on hold to take other calls. He cancelled my deposition 3 times with less than 24 hrs notice - he apparantly does this a lot from what the other attorney said. I talked to other people he represented and he did not win any of their cases. His only concern seems to be how much money HE will get, not his client. I ended up taking my case to another attorney who resolved it in 2 weeks after Earley did nothing for months.
