My sister communicated that her lawyer, Rick Mickelson, was suppose to send us a letter concerning a quit claim deed she filed. A month later I contacted my sister that we had not received the letter. She responded by fax with a copy of the quit claim deed and stated that lawyer was remodeling and that was reason for the delay. I contacted his office and requested the letter. Almost 2 months has passed and again I called and left a voice mail. It has been a week since the voice mail and I have not received a call back. His lack of communication has prevented us from proceeding with other legal actions.
