Mr. Duncan services were not only affordable but also extremely beneficial. He helped me out through my divorce, he has a great reputation within the Detroit legal community which is why I chose to hire him. I was not disappointed. Murry Duncan is the reason my son is in juvinille detention.I hired this bozo to receive joint physical/legal and to stipulate part time custody.I established paternity and have been manipulated by my son's mother,who is bi-polar and certified crazy.He did nothing but lie,telling me I did not have much rights and actually drew up the paperwork to work in the mothers favor. now my son is in juvenile detention while his mom has a revolving door of men and drugs,and constant police reports,while blaming me for my sons situation when I have been asking for custody of him since he was born.Cps has been called several times on her and this idiot did not present the facts .Duncan and judge maria oxholm are the perfect example of whats wrong with Detroit.Now she is saying he is not mine and I told the bozo this .He took my $1500.00 and sold my son. I believe his actions were ****. Do not hire this bozo for any reason ,he does not deserve your money. Sincerely, HeartBroken Dad |
