After engaging Ken to take care of a legal matter and making the first payment, it took at least 7 calls and 2 emails to get him to call back. After that call back, he was more interested in his time and charge rate as opposed to being of service to his client. He may be a very good attorney in some counts, but his manner and concern is very questionable.
