She started off by convincing me that I should not proceed without her, claimed to be very experienced yet managed to accomplish nothing, caused nothing but delays and quit after leading me on for several months. She wouldn't listen and made no attempt to verify what I was telling her. I felt like she thought I was lying to her. She should have stuck to beauty pageants.
