Appears to be a nice guy, but is very overconfident and arrogant. During a court hearing this attorney froze and virtually quit, resulting in the loss of that particular hearing. He will NOT fight for the client. He does not research or understand the facts or the issues of the case. He will not listen to the client and refuses to do what the client requests. If you question his actions his explanations are limited to his arrogant assurance that he is doing everything right. He also advises the client down a path that generates the most in attorney's fees. I would suggest that you stay away from this attorney. |
