Presents himself arrogant has no tenacity and displays to be knowledgable although said one thing and did not follow through as he said hwe would. Takes advantage of the situation and shows no value. Why did I rate him as I did? He took my case on a child custody parfental abduction, and gave away my child for instead of bringing the child back to the home jurisdiction left chils with the abductor and told the other parent possesion is 9 tenths of the law. Which is totally false. Did not file emergency hearing as he stated he would and played off of durress easy road give me the money. If you ant results and children are invovled seek another attorney. Stacy is a paper pusher and no bed side manners whatsoever. Gave the child away and has no fight for the client. |

Simple, he was walked over by everyone! I gave him MASSIVE OBJECTIVE EVIDENCE and he was creamed with subjective bold lies! He cost me my daughter who will be abused for life because of his lack of brass... He was told to go for primary. So he filed that my X was the primary!! Unbelievable!! He lied about the people involved or has NO clue who the players are in Cobb County. Odd since every other attorney I talked to did know the players and matched 100% on their opinion. There has got to be better out there. Simply, he cost me more money than his fees. And how do you put a price on your kid? |
