12/5/12   3     1     3     3     1   I was working with Mitchell to have real estate contracts reviewed and he was extremely rude and belligerent. I had received these contracts from a 3rd party and wanted legal feedback on whether there were any pitfalls we should be aware of before signing. Instead of providing legal feedback, Mitchell Alkon proceeded to yell at me and insist what I had given him wasn't a legitimate contract (though I received confirmation from another lawyer that this documentation was fine). When I asked him to provide examples of what he considered a legitimate contract, he refused and continued to escalate his rude behavior. In an area where lawyers are a dime a dozen, don't waste your time with this boorish excuse for an attorney. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.  RID: 96158

8/30/11   5     5     5     5     5   I had the best experience with Mitch as our lawyer and advocate. He knows the law, yet he is very down to earth. In our case, sadly there could be no compromise. Either we were going to win or the other side was going to win. Mitch worked hard and simply did a better job then the other side's lawyer. Mitch always told me that it was a 50-50 shot at best. Both sides had a good argument. I understood this and went to court with realistic expectations. I know that the other side felt, in part due to a certain smugness by their attorneys, that they had the winning hand. With Mitch's wonderful dedication, we won. I know feelings are hurt. There is anger. But the fault lies in over confidence. Mitch never would never allow this. We kept our heads. Life goes on. Wounds will heal. OK, allow me one comment. To the other side, I say, "Should have chose Mitch!" Apologies to the Dalai Lama.  RID: 51089

8/17/11   1     1     5     1     1   Mitch is a smooth talking pseudointellectual, typical prep school brat with a sense of entitlement. He loves low life clients and will jeopardize his own license for his clients. He's not afraid to break the law, commit perjury, lie, cheat and steal in order to free guilty clients! What a guy, and representative for his firm full of similar unethical attorneys. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM to handle your affairs. They enjoy gaining your trust, then breaking into your assets for their own gain! BE CAREFUL! They're the pond scum of attorneys  RID: 50330
