Stegman has got to be the most despicable attorney I ever had the displeasure of reprsentation. He has absolutely no common sense and kisses O'brien's ass. O'Brien is a**** in his own right. Stegman's arguments were lame and usually had no revelance to my proceedings. Here's a kicker. After the idiotic judge signed off on the decree (we need not be present for the judge's final signatue), changes were made and my divorce was forged after the judge decided he wanted to increase the amount of my child support. The judicial system in Michigan is corrupt and the rule of law is not practiced in Oakland County. I am a 100% disabled vet service-connected and for one child I pay nearly $1000.00 per month. Finally I simply moved as far away as I could and my ex still uses our son as a tool to get what she wants. Nothing but lies in the courthouse. Perjury seems like the norm in that state |

This guy was the laziest lawyer I have ever had the unpleasure of working with. He had no scope of my situation and how much danger my children were in. I would give him detailed information of my situation and refused to stand up to Judge Danieal Patrick O'Brien. The judge is brain dead anyhow and enjoys ignoring Michigan law and simply makes up the rules as you go. 50-50 state my ass. |
