I was very pleased with the quality of his repesentation. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the law, but he offered some really great non-legal options and opinions on my issue. He is sharp and responsive. "Tenacity" wasn't really required in my situation, which is why I rated him a 4. I've had other more "experienced" attorneys who charged me a lot more than he did and for representation which I would characterize as sub-par. In short, Shawn is highly recommended.
