STAY AWAY FROM HIM. I lost my home and everything I owned to pay my legal fees, it took 3+ years for my case to go to trial because he would either continue or just didn't show up for hearings (so he could drag the case out and drain more money from me.) By the time we finally got to trial, I was out of money and had to represent myself. He now needs to be disbarred to keep this from happening to anyone else. In his prime, he was a good lawyer. TIME TO RETIRE, GORHAM-YOU'VE COMPLETELY LOST CONTROL OF YOUR PRACTICE, YOUR CASES AND OPPOSING COUNSEL AND EVERY BIT OF YOUR INTEGRITY--AND YOU KNOW IT. |

Gorham speaks words that give you confidence, this keeps you with him against your better judgement. The more time passes you realize he is not doing a good job representing you, by that time you have so much money invested in him it is difficult to start over with someone new. |

Gorham is very attentative when speaking to in person. He's not good on contacting and communicating with updated information. Letters and phone calls are very limited. |
