Brett Bender did not do what I was billed for. I had to keep calling him in order to submit documents to the court, on 2 occasions court documents were not field with the court even after I was billed for the service. I was over billed, Bender charged me 3 seperate times for research on the same law. |

He failed miserably to protect my interests. He overbilled me for time he spent looking for my file. He would give a good pep talk about all he would do but then didn't follow through with filing motions or getting discovery. Helped ruin my finances. |

The guy did not seem to care. I had to resend him documents multiple times because he was not organized. I felt like he was working for the other party rather than working for my best interest. |
