Kept the case out of court until the statutue of limitations ran out. Wouldnt take our phone calls-left messages-never returned. Cases involved a local dr. & hospital and it seemed he was trying to protect them. This happened to my father & in a separate case, during the same period of time, me. We had to obtain other counsel. |
