Referred by PrePaid Legal. I had to report him back to them. He lied in his response to them. I would not use Prepaid again or recommend them. Avallone is not a skilled real estate attorney. I observed that many of his court submissions were repeats of prior submissions and I was charged as if it was new work. Consequently, his charges were excessive. The mistake I made was to sign an agreement upon hiring him which gave a maximum $ amount that the case would cost. I signed it because I was told it was unlikely to cost that much but that depended on the depth of work involved. The case was stretched out over an extended period of time and encountered unnecessary legal maneuvers which pushed the case to the maximum dollar amount stated on the agreement. And, court and service fees were additional. Ultimately my well documented record of proof and my own perseverance, won my case. |
