The judge and county attorney both seemed to dislike him so much, it definitely hurt my case. He costs 10 times as much as any other lawyer and he's no where near worth it. |

Mr. Bartolomie represented me in an OWI case over this past year. I have never met anyone more knowlegable regarding the laws surrounding this type of case. He not only helped me through the court proceedings, he was a valuable asset in changing my life around. I would recommend that anyone faced with a similar charge at least speak with Mr. Bartolomei, he may be able to change your life as well. A million thank you's to Rich and his team! |

We had Rich as an attorney for over 3 years, he became like a father figure to us. We had a federal case with alot of time hangin over us. He cared about my husband and our family. Rich is a busy man, and has his time spread thin. But when it came right down to it, he was there for us. The case? Turned out alot better than what the government wanted. Thanks Rich. Never returns calls. If he answers his cell phone, he says to call back later/tomorrow and then he doesnt answer! Left messages at his office and never get a call back. Leaves us in the dark as to whats going on or if hes even going to help. Initial consult, he blew a lot of bs about being responsible and giving 110%, but he doesnt follow his own advice. |

If you must use a lawyer make sure you dont use this guy. Has a bad attitude and he never returns your calls. He didn't do his job for me like he promised!! I would not recomend him to anyone! |
