I called Gilman for information about gaining custody of my child. She was very abrupt, rude, half laughed at small questions I asked, got annoyed with what I was trying to ask, impatient, and overall did not help me. The small questions I asked she did not answer, so how should I know if I want to go to her? She didn't provide me with a thing other than "well you can do it yourself, no I can't tell you how." I didn't need a rude personality and no answers. I'm sure she might win some cases. But as for the rest, it's poor. Nor did the 1000 bucks plus when I just needed information and no court, as the father was willing to sign over everything, sound reasonable to me. |
