From the second I met Mr. Hoover I could tell he knew his stuff. He was familiar with most judges and even some of the police officers! He worked quickly and diligently and always seemed interested in my case. He was able to break everything down to me easily so that I was not confused. It did take him longer then I would have liked to return some of my calls and emails but I understand he has many clients. Even though most of the time I felt like he was putting all his effort into my case. |

Mr. Hoover provides a very good service at a resonable price. He is diligent in this work. He is a good communicator and does an excellent job of making complex legal language understandable. He is accesable between offical meetings to answer additional questions. I have retained Mr. Hoover several times and I would definately hire him again. |
