Facing prison time and serious fines from my last DWI, I entrusted Nick with my life as the case went to trial. Nick, courageously, put the cop on the stand and sliced him up. Atty. Nick Gegen is an extremely knowledgeable criminal defense attorney. He always got back to me in a very timely manner from day one thru the sentencing date and even afterwards. I found Mr. Gegen to go "beyond the call of duty." He made me feel everything would turn out just fine and it did, He is very through and very patient with a novice client, as I was. Being in Law Enforcement for a career, it was very humiliating for me to have to be the one retaining a Criminal Defense Atty for myself, rather than for the person I put in handcuffs. To rate a lawyer is probably most B.S. But Nick was my Lawyer and got me acquitted when I faced some SERIOUS charges. He is a total fighter and when he questioned there witnesses and blew them away. Hire this guy if you are in trouble period. |

I have utilized the services of Nick Gegen in the past for cases. He is an excellent Attorney. He puts the time and effort into cases to provide his clients with the best representation possible. His fees are extremely reasonable and he will provide you representation well beyond what you are paying for. I found that Nick is not out to make the fast dollar. He cares about his clients and about his client’s cases. There's no doubt in my mind that if someone needs an attorney, Nick is an excellent choice. |

Nick Gegen is an exceptional lawyer who showed genuine care and concern for me by taking his time to listen to my case, promptly returning my calls, and actively working on my behalf in a respectful and professional manner. Nick persuaded a city attorney to not press charges on me for a "crime" that a few dishonest police officers alleged I had committed. He also helped me get back a valuable piece of property that the police confiscated from me.
I trust Nick because he is an honest attorney who fights for justice and his clients. |

He got me a killer plee bargain. I was charged with a gross DWI and three other charges. Also, 2 other cases which were dismissed as part of deal with no jail time |
