I asked him for a change of doctors due to poor treatment and he failed to follow through. Instead of receiving adequate care and rehabilitation he allowed for the opposite to occur and put me in a postion that was destructive to my health where I was just given schedule narcotics instead of proper care. numerous request and plea's for a change of doctor were not answered or even attempted on his behalf. He knew I was just given pills instead of doctor visits and he was passive without putting up a fight for proper medical rehabilitation and did not perform his job satisfactory to me. He did return my calls promply at times but, he was not able to do what was needed the most. I give him power of attorney to lawfully get me recovered from back surgery with hopes that i wouldnt be ran over in the process and what I had hoped wouldnt happen, did happen and Im suffering. Mr Franzman is adament about settling cases,so if you are just looking for a payday, he is too.He was not right for me. |
