I was offered 4,500 dollars at my settlement hearing. (OR 3,000 and future medical) He advised me NOT to take the settlement. After the doctors final rating he decided I had improved further and we ended up with $2,500. The check they sent in the mail was $1,100 dollars after they paid all the medical bills. His own company doctor charges 5 times what a regular doctor would charge you. Just say NO to Pistotnik Law Offices. |

I rated him poorly because he did not handle my case well at all. He did not communicate with me, I always had t speak with assistant, calls were not returned, and he made very rude and unprofessional comments toward me, and showed very little concern toward my situation. |
