David Wilks is a complete hack of an attorney who I would not recommend to anyone. He fails to communicate important information about your case, lacks tenacity and is a very poor negotiator. His firm submitted completely unjustified bills after failing to file important pleadings before time lapsed. He is very self-serving and ineffective as an advocate. He reminds me of Jim Carrey's character in the 90's movie "liar, liar" before he gains a conscience. The firm named in his profile is outdated. |
