From personal experience I have given this lawyer a failing grade. I have had nothing but problems with the life estate deed which I had to take to another attorney for review. My children(the remandermen) were supposed to make repairs, but Mr. O'Neill failed to have them sign the deed. Now I am left with a house in need of many repairs and the children are refusing to pay for them. I took this deed back to Mr. O'Neill and told him that it wasn't right. His secretary only argued the point and stated that it was correct. Now I am left with a mess and possible legal battle.
