I was able to see my kids eight hours a week, but only if my wife supervised. I sought standard unsupervised visitation and hired Walter Thomas to attain that. But the agreement he had me sign resulted in my only being able to see my kids six hours every other month! An average of less than one hour per week! The agreement appeared to grant me standard visitation, but at mediation, to get the matter over with, Walter Thomas sat with my wife and her lawyer, but excluded me! What I missed was the addition of the requirement that my mother supervise 24 hours of every day I have the children, which she refuses to do. Thus the most time she will give me is six hours every other month. I CAN SPEND LESS THAN AN HOUR A WEEK WITH MY KIDS THANKS TO WALTER THOMAS! He had me sign an agreement that he knew was unfair to me because his only concern is getting your money then moving on as quickly as he can to another fool's money. Don't be a fool like I was. Don't trust Walter C. Thomas, Jr!! |
