I was directed to the lead partner at a law firm who had a great reputation. However, this attorney passed me off to another attorney in the firm. In my limited experience with attorneys, Mr. Allan Greenwood of Siana, Bellwoar and McAndrew has to be the worst. He charged over $3,000 to review documents and then when I asked questions about the documents at our meeting, he was clueless as to what the documents were. Then he proceeded to become nasty and condescending stating "you keep talking about these mysterious documents." I asked him to put together a simple one page document and he could not even do that. What ever happened to listening to your customer? This has been a very expensive lesson, a $4,000 lesson to investigate and be familar with an attorney and their practice before spending any money and signing on with a firm. And to not let the attorney you hired "pass you off" to a less senior member of the firm. A mistake I will not make again. |
