My story is long, cuz he dragged a simple traffic accident settlement dispute case for months. But I will keep it simple just to get my point proven: He is a despicable shister!!!
Unethical conducts: encouraged me to go on physical therapy and psychiatry ( I had minor injuries from the accident) to "build" the case, though I told him I didn't really need it. AND the physical therapist and psychiatrist he was referring me to could provide him "favorable" records and wouldn't charge me until my case settle. After knowing I wasn't going the whatever "therapist" and "psychiatrist" he was referring to a few months after. He yield at me on the phone and proposed to stop working on my case.
5. The best part! He is still asking for 33% percentage of my settlement from the other party!!!!! Despite the fact he hasn't done jack for my case, except for wasting my precious time ( And hey my settlement didn't increase penny) |

THIS ATTORNEY AS SAID BEFORE HAS BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, HIS CONSTANT RESPONSE IS WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR CASE AND...THE END RESULT WORKED BLANTLY IN HIS FAVOR. THE RELMS OF THE INJURY WERE COMPOUNDED BY THE FACT THAT THIS ATTORNEY IS UNETHICAL. |

This attorney has a bad communication skill. He may ignore you and try to rip off your money if the case is contingency. |
