Very poor attorney, does as little as possible. Often did not return my phone calls. Charged a large retainer then did almost nothing. Passes work on to his nephew who (at the time I am recalling) knew very little. |

As CEO of www. OFBY4.com, we have come into contact with many Attorneys. We have found that few can compare with David Bazar. In a recent case of an elderly woman, when all others gave up, David Bazar stepped up and took the challenge. Even more amazing he did so on a pro bono basis. OFBY4.com salutes Attorney Bazar for his compassion, and more to the point we highly recommend this man. His consistent and continuos actions raises the bar for other Attorneys, and adds high credibility to the profession. He is an honorable man. FPG, OFBY4.com |

I was involved in a long and painful divorce and David Bazar was my Lawyer. I could not have asked for a better Lawyer. He was there all the way for me and had my best interest in mind at all times. He was extremely knowledgeable in RI divorce law and dealing with special issues in my case. He always answered my calls or returned my messages in an appropriate timeframe. His staff was always kind, considerate and very understanding when I called and needed assistance. He provided support and explanations whenever issues came up. Without David Bazar, I would not have made it through the divorce process. I would recommend David Bazar to anyone in need of a Lawyer! |

I recently needed a lawyer to handle my divorce. I called David Bazar. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my time of turmoil. He aggressively and intelligently pursued my interests with a very high degree of professionalism. He always listened to me, returned my calls promptly, and got me a great settlement in my case, actually, better than I had even expected. I came to understand why David is so highly respected in our community and state. David will now be my lawyer going forward. I sincerely thank him for his work and effort. |

I am not a lawyer, but I found David Bazar to be quite intelligent and helpful with my case. He was always available to answer any and all of my questions. ( Trust me, I had a lot) He was extremely thorough and followed through with everything through my settlement- going above and beyond the call of duty. His staff and assistants were always pleasant and helpful, however his receptionist was at times hard to understand. All in all I had a wonderful experience and I would reccommed Atty. Bazar to anyone seeking a referral, |

I am a lawyer myself, and once I needed help with a contract matter when I was living away from RI. I was referred to David by a mutual professional acquaintance. Words cannot describe how bad he was. He did very, very, very little work on my case, as far as I could see. He took full advantage of the fact that I lived out of state. He basically lost my case for me (and I had a pretty good case). At one point, he became completely unavailable for about 2 weeks--he would not take my calls at all. During a crucial point in my case. He had his nephew (a very limited young man) do all the legal writing in this case. Needless to say, the nephew did a very bad job. David was unaccessible, unprofessional and lacked real desire to work. Worst of all, he did not settle the case when (out of frustration) we ordered him to give the plaintiff what they wanted. He continued to negotiate against our wishes, because he would benefit. Stay away from David Bazar! |
